Skai Suites x Return Policy


Eligibility Window

  • Most items: 14 days from delivery for store credit or replacement.

  • Custom or print-on-demand items: Final sale unless damaged or defective.

  • Pre-order or made-to-order items: Final sale.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@skaisuitescollective.com with:

    • Order number

    • Item name

    • Photos (if damaged/wrong item)

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and send the correct return label or instructions.


Refund Types

  • Store Credit or Exchange: default option 

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: available for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items only.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, digital downloads, or promotional items

  • Intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, socks, (for hygiene reasons)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • POD or custom/personalized items

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping is non-refundable.

  • Return shipping cost is deducted from refund unless the item is defective.


Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
