Hey babe, here’s the lowdown on how your order gets from our hands to yours.
U.S. Shipping

Processing time: 1–3 business days before shipment (unless it’s a pre-order or custom print).

Delivery time: 2–7 business days once it ships, depending on your location + carrier.

Fast-Ship Items (our “TikTok Suite” faves) usually land quickest!

Orders may arrive in separate packages if they come from different warehouses — same love, just multiple boxes.
International Shipping

We currently ship select items worldwide through trusted global partners.

Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Customs fees or import taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility — we can’t control those, but we’ll always provide tracking so you can follow your order’s journey.
Tracking

You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Some items (especially from our print or vendor partners) may show “Pre-Transit” for a few days before scanning in — that’s normal.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

If your item says Pre-Order, please allow 10–15 business days before shipping.

You’ll always get an update when your item is ready to roll out.
Shipping Issues
We can’t control what happens once a package leaves our warehouse, but if your order shows lost, damaged, or delayed — reach out at support@skaisuitescollective.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we’ll help you track it down or replace it when eligible.
